A school is a place where the best possible educational environment must be created and maintained. Emphasis shall always be on neatness and cleanliness. The dressing and grooming of students that tends to obstruct or inhibit the instructional program is prohibited. Any apparel, hairstyle, or cosmetics, even if not specifically mentioned, which creates a safety concern or tends to detract from the educational process will not be accepted.
